MEET THE FOUNDER

Blueprint Motorsport was founded by a lifelong motorsport enthusiast whose passion for cars began at an early age. Inspired by weekends spent watching Formula One with his grandparents and Top Gear with his father, the ambition to build a career in motorsport was formed early and fueled by a fascination with some of the world’s greatest performance machines, including the iconic McLaren F1.

Over the past 13 years that passion has evolved into extensive experience within professional motorsport environments. His racing background includes over a decade of competitive circuit racing across multiple platforms, including highly competitive one make championships, lightweight performance cars such as the Ariel Atom, and historic motorsport. Throughout this time he has achieved numerous podium finishes and race victories while competing in demanding, closely contested racing environments.

Alongside competition, driver coaching has remained a central focus. For more than a decade he has worked with drivers across a wide spectrum of machinery, from everyday road cars to race cars and even some of the most advanced high performance vehicles in the world

His experience also takes him all over the world working alongside major automotive manufacturers such as BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Ferrari and Lamborghini to name just a few.

That experience, combined with years spent working within professional motorsport environments around the world, ultimately led to the creation of Blueprint Motorsport.

The objective is simple: to provide a structured, professional platform for driver development and specialist driver services, removing unnecessary complexity and delivering a level of preparation, discipline and reliability that reflects real motorsport standards.

Today Blueprint Motorsport supports drivers, brands and industry partners while also connecting clients with a trusted network of professional drivers across multiple disciplines.
